BINACHEM BSG GROUT – is a single component powder composed of special latex polymer, cement & fillers tile grout for filling tile joints up to 3-12 mm width. It is a specially formulated premium, fast setting, low shrinkage grout that prevents ingress of water through the joint. When mixed with water, gives a smooth, easily applied creamy paste for clean grouting of ceramic wall tiles.

Mixing & Application:
Add 25 Kg powder to 5.5 ± 0.5 liters water and mix by hand or with a slow speed mixer to homogenous, lump free smoothconsistency using a slow rotating drill (max. 250 rpm) and avoiding entrapment of any air. Allow to slake for 5-10 minutes & remix.Spread with a sharp, firm rubber grout float. Work the grout paste into the joints until completely filled. Use diagonal strokes topack the joints. Ensure that joint is filled and grout is not just sitting on top (i.e. “bridging the joint”).Holding a rubber grout float ata 45° angle, completely fill the joints.
